Nightblade -

Primal Death -

Old - Your weapon flare and fiery chains deal 33% of their damage over 6 seconds (per point 100% damage @ 3/3)
New - Increase attack power bonus of fire based attacks by 10% per point (30% on 3/3).

Fell blades -
Old - 20% chance to cast a debuff that reduces incoming heals by 50%.
New - Same as before, but the rogue steals 20% of any heals that get cast on the cursed target.

Twilight Transcendence -
Old - Removes curable harmful effects and makes the rogue immune to all damage for 3 seconds.
New - Removes curable harmful effects and reduces damage taken by 50% and heals the rogue for 50% of maximum hp over 4 seconds.

Living Flame -
Old - Channeled AOE damage.
New - Same, but gets a 50% bonus from AP.

Assassin -

Expose Weakness (Rank 7) - Causes the enemy to take an additional 47 damage (up from 16) from the rogues physical attack and bleeds. The additional damage is increased by attack power. This effect occurs up to 20 times in 20 seconds. Can be cast from stealth.

Baneful Touch -
Old - A finisher that deals damage and increases poison damage by 50% for 60 seconds.
New - (Swaps it's acquired level with leeching poison) (The tool tip on the buff and the skill description are different)
Description - Increases weapon enchantment damage by 20%.
Tooltip - Damage from poison coated weapons increased by 20%

Poison mastery - Increases the attack power of poisons by 10% and chance to apply poison by 4% per point (50% bonus to ap, +20% proc rate @ 5/5)

Bladedancer -

Weapon Barrage - No longer does any damage.

Saboteur -

Fragmentation bomb -
Old - Deals aoe damage
New - Same, but gets a 50% bonus from attack power

Chemical bomb -
Old - AOE dot
New - Same but with 50% bonus damage from attack power

Ranger -

Shadow fire -
Old - Increases ranger ability damage by 35% for 25 seconds.
New - Increases damage with ranged weapons by 13% and an additional 1% for every point spent in ranger above 14 (50% at 51 pt ranger) for 25 seconds.

Marksman - Note the wording on Single Minded Focus, Increased Fire Power, and Penetrating Shots... They removed the "Ranged aspect" meaning MM may be a good pairing for melee PVE souls!

Single minded focus -
Old - Increases the damage of your swift shot, hasted shot, empowered shot, deadeye shot and rapid fire shot by 3%. (Per point - 15% total)
New - Increases the damage of all single target attacks by 1%. (per point, 5% total)

Increased Fire power -
Old - Your critical hits with ranged weapons increase attack power by 5% for 10 seconds (per point, 25% @ 5/5)
New - Your critical hits increase attack power by 5% for 10 seconds (per point, 25% @ 5/5)

Penetrating shots -
Old - Your physical attacks with ranged weapons increase armor penetration by 4% (Per point, 20% @ 5/5)
New - Your physical attacks increase armor penetration by 4% (Per point, 20% @ 5/5)

Master archer -
Old - Your attacks with ranged weapons have a 5% chance of dealing air damage based on your weapons damage. The amount dealt increases with the amount of points spent in the MM soul. (per point 25% @ 5/5)
New - Whenever you are standing still, your damage with ranged weapons is increased by 4% (Per point, 20% @ 5/5)

Strafe -
Old - Single target channeled attack that gets 20% damage bonus for standing on a pedestal.
New - Gets 100% bonus damage from attack power.

Hit and run (Replaced by Electrified Munitions) -
Old - A maneuver that allows Auto attacks to be used while moving, and causes empowered shot and Deadeye shot to become instant casts, and removes empowered shot's cooldown for 15 seconds.
New - The rogue's ranged weapon atack abilities deal additional air damage. Damage is increased with more points spent in the marksman soul above 14. Lasts 1 hour. Only 2 weapon enchantments can be applied at a time.

Marksman's Pedestal (Replaced by Invigorating munitions) -
Old - Increases the rogues damage with ranged weapons by 10% while standing in the pedestal.
New - Ranged attacks give back 2 energy. Lasts 1 hour. Only 2 weapon enchantments can be applied at a time.

Vampiric Munitions (New ability!) - The rogue's ranged weapon attack abilities deal additional air damage. Damage increased with more points spent in the MM soul above 14. Lasts 1 hour. Only 2 weapon enchantments can be applied at a time.
*** I think they copy pasta'd the desc. from Electrified munitions, as this skill is a level 36 skill, and will probably have a proc that will cause some damage and heal you for said damage***

Improved hit and run has been removed, and replaced with hit and run (Hit and run will now do the same as improved hit and run).

Snipers pedestal (Replaced with Rending Munitions) -
Old - Increases damage with ranged weapons by 30%
New - The rogue's ranged weapon attacks ignore 25% of the targets armor. Lasts 1 hour. Only 2 weapon enchantments can be applied at a time.

Nightblade
Primal Strike now deals Death damage (hallelughia).

Bladedancer
Contra Tempo
Old - After a dodge or parry your next builder has a 50/100% chance to give an additional combo point
New - Quick and Precision Strike have a 25/50% chance to give an additional combo point

Turn the Tide
Old - Damage is increased by 5/10% after a dodge or parry.
New - Now also gives a 5/10% damage reduction in addition to the previous effect.

Exhaustion
I nearly missed this at first as none of the tooltips have been updated yet. But with Counterbalance Exhaustion now lasts only as long as the duration of the Rhythm. Previously Double Coup, Dualism and Blade and Soul Parity would cause 35 seconds of Exhaustion (with Counterblance). Now they only cause 21 seconds on my toon (this is with 3/3 Blade Hustle obviously).

Physical Trauma: Increases damage of your Puncture, Jagged Strike, and Impale by 15/30%. Your Impale causes targets to take an additional 15/30% damage from your Final Blow.

Ranger:
Shadow Fire: Increases damage with Ranged Weapons by 13% for 25 seconds, increases by 1% for every point spent above 14. (changed from 35% boost always)
Master Huntsman: Increased the healing debuff from Dire Wolf Pet to 10/20/30/40/50% (up from 6/12/18/24/30%).
Killing Focus: Now effects both melee as well as ranged weapons.

Marksman:
Comment on Munitions: You can have up 2 activated at the same time. However those 2 includes the ***/nb buffs also. All has a 100% proc rate.

Master Archer: Whenever you are standing still +4/8/12/16/20% extra damage.
All Pedestals: Removed
Single Minded Focus: Increases the damage of all single target attacks by 5%.
Electrified Munitions: 14 points - Old Master Archer it seems.
Invigorating Munitions: 18 points - All ranged attack abilties give back 2 energy.
Vampiric Munitions: 36 points - As incorrect tooltip currently. Correct thing is... Ranged weapon attacks apply a curse on the enemy, reducing healing by 50%. The Rogue also heals for 20% of any healing the cursed enemy receives.
Rending Munitions: 51 point - Ignores 25% of the targets armor.
Penetrating Shots: Now effects both melee as well as ranged weapons.
Penetrating Shots: Improved Fire Power now procs on melee weapons also.
Strafe: Removed the portion about Pedestals and instead now gets "An additional 100% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack".
Hit and Run: Removed.
Improved Hit and Run: Renamed to Hit and Run.
Deaden: Decreased energy cost reduced from 40 to 10.

Bladedancer:
Contra Tempo: Quick Strike and Precision has 25/50% chance for extra combo points.
Compound Attack: No longer has reduced damage to the extra targets (2nd and 3rd).
Turn the Tide: Now also take 10% less damage.
Weapon Barrge: Like all other interrupts in 1.5. This no longer deal damages.

Riftstalker:
Annihilate: Increases attack power by 20% for up to 1 min (depends on combo points) instead of a fixed amount.
Improved Rift Barrier: Removed
Planar Vortex: Whenever you plane shift 50% weapon damage on surrounding enemies for 4 seconds, generates a lot of threat, requires Guardian Phase.
Rift Barrier: Same as before, but also reflects the absorbed damage back to the caster.
Guardian Phase: Increased threat generation from 100% to 200%.
Stalker Phase: Buff is now applied after plane shifting, rather then just from Shadow Stalk and Shadow Assault. Giving you 100% uptime on the buff.
Shadow Blitz: An additional 50% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack.
Shadow Assault: An additional 50% damage bonus from Attack Power is applied to this attack.
Hasted Time: Increases your movement speed by 25/50% (up from 15/30%) for 4 seconds after Plane Shifting. This can only be triggered once every 10 seconds.
Freedom of movement: This effect can only be triggered once every 10 seconds.

Bard:
Motif of Renewal: 6 Point - Plays a Motif that heals the rogue for X health every 3 seconds. Lasts 15 seconds. Does not stack with Motif of Regeneration. - Has the SAME healing per second as Regeneration. But self only.
Triumphant Spirit: Motif of Renewal added

Saboteur:
Fragmentation Bomb: +50% damage bonus from Attack Power
Chemical Bomb: +50% damage bonus from Attack Power
Time Bomb: Damage appears to have been doubled
Annihilation Bomb: Damage appears to have been doubled, +50% damage bonus from Attack Power

Bladedancer
Dualism
Old: This rhythmic action allows the Rogue to add an additional combo point with Quick Strike and Precision Strike.
New: This rhythmic action allows the Rogue to strike twice and add an additional combo point with Quick Strike and Precision Strike.


With the contra tempo changes you can potentially get 6 combo points out of a single Quick Strike, let alone Precision... The tooltip still says 45s exhuastion but it's only 20 seconds, and lasts for 21, with the Counterbalance and Blade Hustle talents.

Oui gros up du rogue pvp Smile pratiquement 50% de burst en plus pour tous les sorts Smile ca va piquer !

Et sinon, ca c'est pour tout le monde, ils vont faire des cristaux de synergie pour les set t1 t2 et t3 Smile
